Our family has been working individually with David for 5 years. Each one of us – my wife, my kids and I – have our own game plan to motivate, focus and excel in our physical fitness, awareness and conditioning. We are an active family, each with their own needs and desires, and David caters to what we want to achieve in a safe, focused and determined manner. From losing a few pounds and all of the mental awareness that goes into that endeavor to sculpting our bodies, David has been by our side every step of the way. David has been an integral part of our family! He keeps us all in shape by training us at home. Through this pandemic, David has been extremely careful. He designs workouts with good social distancing and cleans his equipment profusely. When unable to do in person training sessions, he has done Zoom workouts.
My husband, Barry, starts his every day with David. He believes that David makes the day start and end with great energy. Nothing like getting his endorphins going from the get go. My 15 year old son also loves to workout with David. He knows how to get teens moving!! We love David and highly recommend him for personal training.
