I have been working out with David Eshkenazi as my trainer since 2010.  Today I am stronger and generally more fit than I was when I was 10 years younger!

We work on balance, strength, heart rate and flexibility.  Our workouts are strenuous, fun and challenging.  He understands how far to push me with safety and improvement as twin goals. I know working with David is an important investment in my health and quality of life. 

Working out with David allows this 78 year old (yikes!) woman to look forward to more years of activity, strength and good health!
